Dear Readers:
The first excerpt, the opening chapter of a novel titled Fog, is a work of historical fiction that takes place in the late 19th century along the shores of Cape Cod, a world of
shipwreck and quick death, of reluctant bravery and profound evil, and a race
to a great secret whose outcome will alter the course of a new country coming
into its own.
The second excerpt, from a novel titled The Lost Years, centers on octogenarian Pogue Whithouse: a final, brash cross-country road trip, interwoven with the story of a rich, but troubled, life.
Please click on the underlined titles to bring you to the excerpts.
If you'd like to comment on either excerpt, please feel free. I really value my readers' opinions.
Thank you for taking the time to read.
Sincerely, Ken
